How do I place an Order?

-Simply visit our website https://www.uptechcomputerstore.com/ and search for your preferred product, add the product(s) to your cart, review your cart and proceed to checkout.

How do I track my orders?

-You can Track your order by going to the Order Tracking page, enter your Order ID number in the box below and then press the “Track” button. This is the number that was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received after placing an order. What exactly happens after i hit the order button?

– We process your order and prepare it for shipment

– You’re redirected to a page where you can enter your shipping information

– Your order is confirmed and you receive an email with a tracking number

– Your order will be shipped out within 24 hours and should arrive in a few days.

– You can login to your account and see the status of your order.

– Your package is delivered to your door or to the Courier company Office for you to collect..

This is done by logging in to your account created while checking out, and cancel the order(s) listed under “My Orders”.

– Standard Delivery is FREE to Nairobi CBD

– Ksh 500 for orders on Accessories Within Kenya.

– Ksh 1,000 for express shipping

– Ksh 3,000 for express shipping on MacBook’s & Laptops within Kenya

– Click and collect is free on all orders

– Variable rates depending on weight and location may Vary

– Submit your contact and address on the delivery option which is available during the online check out process in our system.

What is the difference between “Refurbished” & Used Computers?

Refurbished” is not just another word for “used,” though the terms are related. Used goods, also known as secondhand or pre-owned goods, are products another person has bought, used, and sold. Refurbished goods, also known as reconditioned or remanufactured goods, are products another person has purchased and returned.

Is there a return Policy?

-All items purchased at our store can be returned within a period of 15 days from delivery date.

-After this period any issue with the product will be treated as a repair and maintenance issue.

Do you Offer Upgrades?

-Yes, we do offer upgrades to computer RAM memory and Storage, that is at an extra fee.

Do your products have Warranty?

-Here are the terms and conditions for the laptop, desktop computer and Mac warranty

-Computers, Laptops and Macs come with a 6-month warranty.

Are your computers pre-installed with software?

-Our computers come pre-installed with the basic software but to a limited extent e.g., Operating Systems.

Can I buy a custom Upgraded Computer from you?

-Yes, we do Custom Upgrades to the machines we are selling at an extra Fee but its only limited to Ram and Storage only.

Do you offer technical support?

-We have highly skilled technical support team of technicians who can support any Tech issue you may Encounter.

Do you offer Payment installments?

-Yes, we are currently offering this arrangement, please contact us for more clarification or to make a request for such.
