Return, Refunds Periods

This policy applies to purchases from uptechcomputerstore.com (Uptech Computer Store)

If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, open box, and selected refurbished or pre-owned products.

Returns & Exchange

Our Return and Refund policy timeline is 15 days

-All items purchased online can be returned within a period of 15 days from delivery date.

-After this period any issue with the product will be treated as a maintenance issue.

To be eligible for a return, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition as purchased.

Items must also be in their original packaging.

To complete your return or Refund, we require you to present your receipt as proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned Item is received and inspected, we will contact to notify you that we have received your returned purchased item.

We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If your Refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your mode of Payment or original method of payment used to purchase, within 5 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment account again.

Then contact our store, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to: info@uptechcomputerstore.com and send your item to our Physical Store.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
