- To return your product, you should mail your product to our Physical Store, Uptech Computer Store, Mama Ngina Street, Norwich Union House.
- We offer free shipping on all orders within Nairobi CBD.
- For orders to other Kenyan Towns, shipping costs are usually done via Wells Fargo Courier service:
- We ship all orders via Wells Fargo.
- Shipping times vary depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Refunds
- You may return any item within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.

- We will provide you with a return shipping label.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
Refund Exceptions
We do not offer refunds on:

- Items that have been used or damaged.
- Items that have been sold as “final sale.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
